AGC's CDF is recognized as the leader in providing and continually improving upon balanced contract documents for the construction industry by:

AGC Construction Law and Operations Committee (CLOC)

The CLOC consists of volunteer leaders who serve a two-year team and act as a steering committee to the 1,300-member CDF. Areas of focus are contract documents, technology, dispute resolution, education, and outreach. The current roster of leaders can be found here
